Shareholder, is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates. Mr. Duncan is also licensed to practice law in the State of Alaska. He graduated from Washington and Lee University and earned his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. Steve Weakley
Shareholder, is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is licensed in state and federal courts, where he practices commercial law and general litigation with a special interest in commercial litigation. Mr. Weakley also defends manufacturers in product cases and appears before administrative agencies. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University and his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He joined the firm in 1980 following five years in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Weakley has been involved in the trial and appeal of complex estate, business, and administrative disputes.

He is also a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Mr. Bressler received his undergraduate degree from Texas A & M University and his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law where he was a member of the John M. Harlan Society and the St. Mary's Law Journal staff. His practice concentrates on assisting businesses and individuals with their planning needs, including business sales, acquisitions, and formations, estate planning and probate, and real estate sales, acquisitions, and financing.
