Edgar M. Duncan
Shareholder, is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates. Mr. Duncan is also licensed to practice law in the State of Alaska. He graduated from Washington and Lee University and earned his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. He practices corporate law, business tax planning, probate and estate planning. Mr. Duncan is corporate counsel to many Texas corporations and is recognized as an authority on Professional Associations. He is a frequent speaker on estate planning and probate and is a published author in the State Bar Continuing Education Program.

Stephen A. Bressler
Shareholder, is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law as well as Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Mr. Bressler received his undergraduate degree from Texas A & M University and his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law where he was a member of the John M. Harlan Society and the St. Mary's Law Journal staff. His practice concentrates on assisting businesses and individuals with their planning needs, including business sales, acquisitions, and formations, estate planning and probate, and real estate sales, acquisitions, and financing.

Chialing Liu
Shareholder, practices business law, corporate law, and commercial and residential real estate law. She received her undergraduate degree in law at Fu Jen Catholic University in the Republic of China and her law degree from the University of California Hastings College of Law. Her corporate expertise is in the acquisition of businesses and assets, commercial leasing, and landlord-tenant relations. She has an extensive commercial leasing expertise and has provided legal counsel in multi-million dollar transactions. Ms. Liu's fluency in Chinese provides an added dimension to Duncan, Bressler & Liu which assists us in serving the Chinese-American community, as well as those doing business abroad.
